This position includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus (Schedule: Full-time 80 hours per pay period Monday-Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm

The Physical Therapist is responsible for organizing, developing, and directing physical therapy services in accordance with the standards and practice of physical therapy, state and federal regulations, and Knute Nelson's policies and procedures.

The Physical Therapist provides Direct Client Care - Evaluates clients, obtains and interprets subjective and objective data. Develops treatment plans and programs including short-term and long-term goals in accordance with physician orders.

Provides quality care that assists clients in meeting goals; Client Records and Billing - Provide accurate and timely documentation of services rendered utilizing agency EMR.

Complete and document supervisory visits with the PTA and/or HHA per regulations.
