    Environmental Compliance,

    to join our talented and impactful Environmental team of professionals. This position can be based out of our Indianapolis, Indiana or our Cincinnati, Ohio office.

    Environmental Compliance


    This position would be part of a very skilled team that works closely with the Site Project Manager and other technical leads performing facility compliance surveys, wastewater treatment knowledge, multimedia regulatory permitting, process, health and safety aspects, and other projects that the client requires.

    We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible, and personable individual with an eye for detail, a willingness to learn, and a desire to be part of a growing and high performing team.

    This candidate can operate out of our Indianapolis or Cincinnati office and will be onsite 2 to 3 days per week.


    Responsibilities Include:

    RCRA:
    hazardous waste accumulation, storage, shipping, and reporting for VSQG, SQG,


    LQG

    CAA:
    air permit applications for new and modified sources, stack testing, and emissions reporting and OH EPA Air Regulations


    CWA:
    NPDES and pretreatment permitting, planning, sampling, and reporting for stormwater and wastewater (SWP3 Plans, DMRs, etc.)
    EPA SPCC Plan preparation, implementation, and updates EPCRA /


    SARA:
    Tier II and TRI applicability, calculations, and reporting, including PBTs Other state and local permitting for Indiana and/or Kentucky, and reporting, as applicable
    Audits of the above applicability to, and existing programs at, proposed and operating facilities.
    Development and/or maintenance of compliance programs for the above at proposed and operating facilities.
    Work directly with clients professionally and display service-oriented attitude to address their operational, remediation, and development challenges and goals.
    Provide compliance and regulatory support for multiple clients and facilities.
    Interface with regulatory agencies for permit development and compliance.
    Maintain a billable utilization target.

    Qualifications


    Qualifications Required:
    Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Environmental Science, or Environmental Engineering
    5 + years of experience
    Knowledge of federal and Indiana and Ohio environmental, health and safety regulations
    Experience identifying and developing new business opportunities. and deliver responsive, high-quality services.


    • Ability to make decisions and perform as an independent thinker and leader, but also
    collaborate with project team personnel.


    • Strong technical writing and data management, organizational and communication skills
    Ability to make decisions and perform as an independent thinker and leader, but also collaborate with project team personnel.
    Ability to travel.
    Operational support including invoice preparation for Manager review, timesheet and

    expense approvals and preparation of other financial and forecasting reports
