    What you'll be doing

    As a member of the Loan Services team, you'll be responsible for the final step in the process of closing a loan.

    You'll be responsible for the disbursement of funds and subsequent servicing of the loan.

    The role solves basic to moderately complex administrative issues, ensuring productivity standards are achieved and service level agreements are met or exceeded.

    Details on your work arrangement (proportion of on-site and remote work) will be discussed as the time of your interview.

    Responsibilities
    Processing payments, advances, payoffs

    Reviewing reports and investigating unapplied/rejected funds

    Performing system maintenance

    Preparing cashier's checks for loan advances

    Monitoring incoming wire mailboxes

    Investigate/resolve open reconciliation items

    Other tasks as required within Loan Services

    Qualifications
    1+ years of Loan Service experience

    Detail oriented and strong organizational skills

    Knowledge of IBS, ACBS loan system or other comparable loan applications is a must
