- Answer telephones within three rings and transfer calls or take messages as needed.
- Greet visitors and guests as they arrive in the building and answer questions with great customer service.
- Assist with leading activities for our residents.
- Provide service to residents and staff through coordination of services to residents, families, and guests by solving problems and maintaining constructive relationships.
- Perform clerical duties as assigned by the General Manager and have a familiarity with MS Office.
- Maintain cleanliness of the reception desk and other common area spaces. Check bathrooms on the main floor throughout the shift for cleanliness and odor control.
- Create and maintain an environment for residents/families/staff/guests that is customer-friendly, values and respects the uniqueness of each individual, and promotes personal growth with confidentiality in mind.
- Coordinate transportation to appointments and outings.
- Work scheduled hours based on Community needs; may be required to work weekends occasionally.
- Follow all Company policies as outlined in the Policies and Procedures Manual and Employee Handbook.
- Strong English communication skills are essential for seamless interaction with residents and colleagues.

In this Part-Time Reception position, you will provide good customer service to our residents, families, and staff and help support activities for our memory care residents. This position will work 2:00pm - 10:30pm Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday or 10:00 pm to 6:30 am on Saturdays at our main reception desk. You may also have the opportunity to pick up additional shifts. This could be a full-time position, if combined with our other part-time receptionist position.
