    Symphony Pointe, a brand-new luxury senior living community located in Elkhorn/West Omaha, is hiring for a full-time Receptionist position. Symphony Pointe, part of Agemark Senior Living, has ranked in the top 17 for six consecutive years in Fortune Best Workplaces for Aging Services


    In this Full-Time Reception position, you will provide good customer service to our residents, families, and staff and help support activities for our memory care residents.

    This position will work 9:30am to 6:00pm Sunday - Thursday in Woodwinds, our memory care portion of the building. You may also have the opportunity to pick up additional shifts.


    We are looking for a positive, welcoming, and flexible individual to join our work family and help us continue providing exceptional care and support to our residents and their families.


    Front Desk position details:
    Answer telephones within three rings and transfer calls or take messages as needed.
    Greet visitors and guests as they arrive in the building and answer questions with great customer service.
    Assist with leading activities for our residents.

    Provide service to residents and staff through coordination of services to residents, families, and guests by solving problems and maintaining constructive relationships.

    Perform clerical duties as assigned by the General Manager and have a familiarity with MS Office.
    Maintain cleanliness of the reception desk and other common area spaces. Check bathrooms on the main floor throughout the shift for cleanliness and odor control.

    Create and maintain an environment for residents/families/staff/guests that is customer-friendly, values and respects the uniqueness of each individual, and promotes personal growth with confidentiality in mind.

    Coordinate transportation to appointments and outings.
    Work scheduled hours based on Community needs; may be required to work weekends occasionally.
    Follow all Company policies as outlined in the Policies and Procedures Manual and Employee Handbook.
    Strong English communication skills are essential for seamless interaction with residents and colleagues.
