- Manage the day to day construction site activities as well as manage and coordinate the subcontractors and suppliers
- Assist and manage the project set up data information and work with the project manager
- Attend weekly team meetings and owner/site meetings as needed
- Oversee field quality and scope of work
- Ability to supervise multiple projects at a time
- Coordinate with project manager to resolve open items related to the construction progress and ensure compliance to all safety procedures at site
- Oversee construction schedules to ensure they are on schedule
- Ability to read and understand construction plans, specifications, and scope of work
- Have an understanding of OSHA safety standards
- ATTITUDE – Possess a "take-charge" attitude and can handle high pressure situations with a positive attitude, collaborative, and professional demeanor that always seeks what can be done, not what can't.
