    We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Permanent Controller to join our team in the manufacturing industry.

    This is an incredible opportunity for a seasoned financial professional with a strong background in financial management, accounting, budgeting, QuickBooks, inventory management and overall business operations.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's financial and accounting functions, including regulatory compliance, financial reporting, budgeting, and financial planning.

    Oversee all company accounting practices, including accounting departments, preparing budgets, financial reports, tax and audit functions.
    Direct financial strategy, planning and forecasts; conferring with CEO, CFO and other executive management team members.
    Monitor and confirm financial condition by conducting audits and providing information to external auditors.
    Control and evaluate the organization's fundraising plans and capital structure.
    Ensure compliance with the law and company's policies.
    Manage team of financial controllers and financial analysts.
    Utilize QuickBooks for financial management and reporting.
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (MBA preferred).
    5+ years of experience in a senior financial managerial position in the manufacturing industry.
    Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in QuickBooks and other financial planning software.
    Strong leadership qualities and a team-focused mentality.
    Proven experience in financial analysis and forecasting.
    Strong working knowledge of financial regulations and legislation.
    Proficiency in inventory management and analysis.

    This role is a key member of our executive team, and as such, the right individual will be a strategic partner in the management and growth of the business, driving financial strategy and planning.
