WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING ....

Monitoring and supervision of maintenance and repair work on buildings and technical building equipment to ensure smooth operation of the property
Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory inspections of buildings and technical systems according to trade
Regular inspections of buildings and outdoor areas, as well as arranging necessary repairs and reporting
Compliance with all safety-related issues (such as occupational safety, fire protection, security)
Competent contact person for tenants, authorities, and external companies
Creation of a fire protection plan and monitoring its compliance
Creation, implementation, and ongoing development of fire protection concepts
Creation and updating of escape and rescue plans, regular inspection of escape routes and fire protection systems, planning and conducting evacuation exercises
Ensuring regular maintenance of fire protection systems
Monitoring compliance with fire protection regulations, in particular control of storage and use of flammable substances, identification of fire hazards
Conducting fire protection training for employees and supervisors, instruction of fire protection assistants, if necessary creation of fire protection manuals
Conducting and/or participating in internal and regulatory fire protection inspections
Representing the company to the fire department, fire insurance, and relevant authorities
