The German Equestrian Federation (FN) is the umbrella organization for all breeders, riders, drivers, and vaulters in Germany. The federation consists of 17 regional associations, 25 breeding associations, approximately [insert number] individual members, and nine affiliated organizations. The FN represents the interests of 3,347 member horse farms and 7,200 equestrian clubs with [insert number] club members, as well as around [insert number] breeders. The sport division of the German Equestrian Federation (FN) includes the German Olympic Committee for Equestrian Sports (DOKR) as a member association.

We are currently seeking a successor for the following position:

Chief Executive Officer (m/f/d)
Finance and Human Resources

In this role, you will be a member of the Executive Board in accordance with § 26 of the German Civil Code (BGB) for the German Equestrian Federation (FN), the German Olympic Committee for Equestrian Sports (DOKR), and the managing director of our subsidiary, FNverlags GmbH.
