Your responsibilities:

  • Consulting, training, and supporting our national and European customers on TRUMPF software solutions and successfully integrating them into their existing IT infrastructure
  • Being a knowledgeable point of contact for innovative production and networking, in all areas of software systems, computer environments, and network administration
  • Implementing and integrating advanced TRUMPF software solutions for the Smart Factory in the realm of Industry 4.0
  • Providing first and second-level support for TRUMPF software customers across Europe

What we are looking for:

  • Degree in computer science or technical training with an IT background
  • Previous experience in network administration or application consulting
  • Ability to travel 30-40%
  • Valid driver's license (Class B)
