    Description

    Production Bakery Assistant Manager

    This position will manage daily duties of our commercial pastry kitchen; which supplies baked good (cookies, bars, scones, etc.) to local restaurants and food distribution companies.

    Job Duties for the Production Bakery Assistant Manager:

    • with the production schedule of baked goods.
    • & inventory.
    • train, and schedule staff.
    • with internal + external clients.
    • consistency and food quality are achieved.
    • daily operations along with the Baker Manager, and perform daily food production duties.
    • a team of 4 bakers and delivery drivers.

    Job Qualifications for Production Bakery Assistant Manager:

    • degree in baking, pastry or culinary is a plus
    • working knowledge of baking, food production, and food safety.
    • years of managing a pastry department or bakery.
    • skills. Time Management.
    • interpersonal skills: communication, relationship building, motivating staff.

    • leading a team of bakers or pastry cooks.
