YOUR NEW RESPONSIBILITIES

Teaching and practical supervision
Course leadership
Conveying and promoting professional expertise and enthusiasm for the nursing profession in the field of anesthesia and operating room
Advising and supporting young people in their professional and personal development
Constructive collaboration with the faculty and cooperation partners of practical training

WHAT YOU BRING

OTA/ATA training or training as a health and nursing professional with specialized training
Completed pedagogical training or a successfully completed degree with a focus on pedagogy
Professional experience in your field
Good professional and methodological competence, strong communication skills, professional, cooperative, and collegial work style
Ability to work in a team and willingness to cooperate, flexibility, and organizational skills
Motivation to implement the innovative concepts of the training facility (skills training, PBL, simulation, and OSCE)
Initiative and enjoyment of personal and professional development
