is a leading association of social welfare and a provider of, among others, 13 senior centers, 4 day care facilities, 15 child care facilities, 2 open all-day schools, 3 migration counseling centers, a pregnancy conflict and counseling center, and a residential complex for people with disabilities.

We are currently looking for a project coordinator (m/f/d) for the "INAR - Integration into the Labor Market" project, funded by the Ministry of Integration of North Rhine-Westphalia, in Essen, starting as soon as possible on a full-time basis (39 hours/week).
Employment is an important driver for successful integration of immigrants in Germany.

At the same time, Germany has been facing a growing shortage of skilled workers in the nursing sector for several years.

INAR brings together these challenges, the integration of immigrants, and the shortage of skilled workers in the nursing sector.

The aim of the project is to promote labor market integration and long-term retention of immigrants in the nursing sector of AWO in the Niederrhein district.
