- 10 years of experience with supporting computing systems and supporting non-federalized IT systems
- Experience with desktop and server administration and Linux, Windows, or MacOS
- Knowledge of ticketing systems, such as Remedy or ServiceNow
- Ability to troubleshoot client devices at the Tier III level of support
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- HS diploma or GED
- IAT Level II Certification, including Security+ CE
- Ability to obtain an Operating System certification within 3 months of hire
- Knowledge of system deployment, network protocols, and LAN administration fundamentals
- Secret clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137, annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
