Your range of tasks is diverse: both on land in restaurants and on board the AG "EMS" ships, you will learn about the processes in system gastronomy.

Guest service, food preparation, and compliance with quality and hygiene standards, as well as commercial administration, will be in your hands - all with a systematic approach.


We also offer you a lot of variety:
in the office, commercial tasks such as ordering processes for food, drinks, etc. are coordinated and monitored.

Furthermore, catering orders from customers in the gastronomy sector of the AG "EMS" are carried out from ordering to the event.
