We are currently looking for a Personnel Deployment Planner (m/f/d) for a position at DB's location in Frankfurt am Main.

Your responsibilities:

Deployment planning and scheduling of railway personnel (train dispatchers, switch operators, etc.)
Optimal management of personnel, taking into account applicable laws, costeffectiveness of deployments, and the individual skills of employees
Creating work schedules and assisting with time tracking and vacation planning
Managing the annual working hours of employees in coordination with the supervisor

Your profile:

Completed commercial training and/or experience in personnel deployment planning/scheduling
Excellent proficiency in MS Office programs
Structured and goaloriented work style
Enjoy working with people and strong communication skills round off your profile
