What to expect:


As a Customer Service & Offer Management Specialist (m/w/d), you will quickly take on responsibility and be part of an international team.

You will actively contribute fresh ideas and approaches.

Your main tasks in the support of a defined customer base in the internal sales department include:

Offers

  • Receiving and processing customer inquiries
  • Identifying the appropriate products in the product portfolio, if necessary with the help of the MID and the sales team
  • Suggesting alternative solutions if needed
  • Initiating new designs in collaboration with the product management team if necessary
  • Negotiating customer prices within given price guidelines
  • Clarifying production possibilities and delivery dates with the relevant departments
  • Creating commercial offers in SAP and, if necessary, on customer portals
