    Description

    Job Overview:
    We are looking for an innovative and dynamic Director of Development to lead our fundraising and development initiatives. This role is crucial for securing the resources necessary to support and expand our organization's impact.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy, including annual giving, major gifts, grants, and special events.
    Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners to secure funding.
    Lead the planning and execution of fundraising events and campaigns.
    Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and communication strategies for development efforts.
    Oversee the development team, including hiring, training, and managing staff.
    Analyze fundraising data and market trends to identify new opportunities and improve fundraising efforts.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Nonprofit Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
    Proven track record of successful fundraising and donor management in a nonprofit environment.
    Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a team.
    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
    Familiarity with fundraising software and CRM systems.
