- Lead, grow, and direct the management and development of the Retail Services Division, including all retail locations, new goods program, E-Commerce, Logistics and Supply Chain.

- Ensure all stores consistently achieve revenue goals through effective use of short and long-term planning and expense control.
- Deliver consistent high standards of customer experience in stores.
- Partner closely with Real Estate to identify new store and relocation opportunities and manage real-estate portfolio to achieve growth goals.
- Support company-wide initiatives with direct leadership participation.
- Build annual operational plans and budgets.
- Collaborate cross-company to ensure support and execution of all operational strategies.
- Meet budgetary obligations in support of organizational mission.
- Research, create, and execute continuous improvement strategies that align with organizational mission, vision, and values.
- Support, grow and maintain an engaged workforce.
- Responsible for preparation of the retail and E-Commerce divisional budgets
- Coordinate the activities of, and resolve difference between, supervised division/departments/regions.
- Recruit, select, develop, evaluate, and counsel employee(s).
- Work collaboratively with the Workforce Development Division to further the mission.
- Create a strong, mutually supportive work environment and culture where people can do their best.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years multi-unit retail experience, in a leadership capacity, preferably in a VP of Retail Operations role
- 10+ years of thrift industry experience and demonstrated success.
- Creative and flexible problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in establishing vision and goals; developing strategic plans and leading cross-functional teams in accomplishing key strategic initiatives.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a dynamic business landscape.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, to prioritize, and adapt to a changing environment.
- Ability to think strategically, define business opportunities, collect, interpret, and analyze abstract information and create strategic value-added solutions.

- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, and talk or hear.
- The ability to cope with and tolerate moderate levels of stress is also a necessity. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
