    KOMPAN U.S. is seeking a skilled Commercial Playground and Outdoor Fitness Equipment Consultant to join their team. As a Direct Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling KOMPAN projects to industry targets within your region. This strategic role based from your home office involves leveraging opportunities for projects of various values, contributing to KOMPAN's overarching strategy and culture.

    What You'll Do

    • Sell and promote KOMPAN's playground and fitness equipment to diverse industry targets
    • Prospect and build a strong pipeline through strategic networking
    • Utilize CRM to target specific market segments and enhance product awareness
    • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase the quality of KOMPAN equipment
    • Work closely with customers from design to post-sale to ensure satisfaction

    What You'll Need

    • College degree
    • Experience in long sales cycles and solution selling
    • Proficiency in CRM management
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills
    • Strong organizational and project-management abilities
    • High level of integrity and professionalism
