- Assist with all phases of fire sprinkler system projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop comprehensive project plans and designs.
- Coordinate with local authorities and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with building codes and fire safety standards.
- Procure materials, equipment, and services necessary for project execution, while adhering to budgetary constraints.
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify and mitigate potential risks or hazards.
- Monitor project progress and performance metrics, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of the project, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Complete all project documentation, including as-built drawings, permits, and certifications, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Not required but it is preferred).
- Strong knowledge of employee scheduling, coordination, emails, organization, and self directed.
- Familiarity with relevant building codes, NFPA standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, while prioritizing tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software (Wrike, ProCore, BIM360, BlueBeam, Etc. for project Coordination and documentation) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
