We are an industry leader here in South Florida established in 1986 and provide roofing, waterproofing, and general contracting services to the commercial market throughout Florida.

From "emergency" leak response to complete roof renovations, we pride ourselves on providing outstanding services to our clients by assisting them with maintaining the water integrity of their buildings.

Project Managers providing coordination of field activities related to the project along with managing the project schedule throughout the project lifecycle.

You will assist with securing materials and/or equipment required to complete the project while working with our field staff, providing our clients with a great experience.

• Prepare, submit, and track project specific submittals, requests for information and project close-out documents.
• Register Manufacturer warranties.
• Prepare, send, and track requests for pricing from our vendors.
• Assist in procuring, registering, and maintaining new vendors.
• Generate purchase orders.
• Organize and Maintain Project Files.
• Perform general administrative duties.
• Assist with procuring materials and other items necessary for completing project goals.
• Coordinate with project managers and other project leads following project execution.

• Project Management
• High Scholl Diploma
• Some Construction Industry Experience Preferred
