- To ensure compliance with international quality standards, collaborate with other departments to manage global records systems and change order processes.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements to boost the efficiency and compliance of global documentation and record retention systems.
- Support the maintenance of Quality System, manufacturing, and Product level software controls.
- Process Engineering Change Orders following defined procedures, including changes to various documents and implementing updates.
- Assist users in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of Change Order packets.
- Maintain Document Control's network and shared drives for record storage.
- Communicate any issues to internal customers (CR Originators).
- Support development and improvement activities related to SAP system and PLM systems.
- Assist in departmental projects as needed.
- Perform other specified duties.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
- Experience with SAP is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with great attention to detail.
- Capable of executing tasks promptly under general supervision.
