We are looking for a motivated and empathetic individual to join our team in Marlborough, MA as a
Human Resources Specialist (m/f/d).

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will welcome and assist our service employees and applicants, both in person and over the phone.
You will support your team with general office tasks, as well as with applicant and job management using our recruitment tool.
You will coordinate internal appointments such as interviews, hiring, etc.
You will collect and maintain personal data from applicant questionnaires, hiring documents, and employment contracts.
You will monitor the submission of time sheets and prepare them for payroll and invoicing.

YOUR PROFILE:

You have a commercial education and several years of professional experience, ideally in the personnel services industry.
You are proficient in using computers/IT and social media.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in German.
You are able to work independently and have a "handson" mentality.
You have a confident, respectful, and cooperative demeanor and are able to communicate effectively.
