Description
Your Responsibilities:
- Planning of production and assembly orders in our ERP system, as well as monitoring and meeting production deadlines
- Allocation of resources within production and development of purchase proposals/orders
- Management of external suppliers
- Material planning, including monitoring delivery dates and needs
- Documentation and maintenance of production processes in master work plans
- Maintenance of material master data
- Creation of incoming goods inspection plans
- Active participation in optimizing production processes and assembly procedures
- Support of warehouse management in the areas of picking and shipping preparation
- Interface between development, project management, and prototype construction
- Organization of annual inventory
- Continuous development of the ERP system in the areas of work preparation and warehouse management
Your Profile:
- Vocational/technical training as a master craftsman, technician, or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in planning and controlling production orders (work preparation)
- Strong organizational skills and analytical thinking
- Good technical and commercial understanding
- High level of commitment and teamwork
- Proficient in using common MS Office software and an ERP system
- Confident and friendly demeanor
