As a UX Researcher (f/m/diverse), you will play a crucial role in our cross-functional team.

In an agile environment with flat hierarchies, you will work closely with UX/UI Designers, Product Owners, and Data Analysts to make informed decisions based on qualitative and quantitative research insights.

Your main responsibility will be to integrate user research methods into our product development and design processes, elevating our customer-centric thinking.

By providing valuable data and insights, you will empower your colleagues to make the best decisions when creating products and services.


Your tasks will include conducting first-level research and gathering insights from various digital and analog customer touchpoints, converting problem statements and insights into opportunities, and setting the stage for user research at Eurowings Digital by preparing, executing, and analyzing usability tests, moderating customer workshops, and leading user labs.
