  • Department: Quality
  • Reporting to: Quality Control Manager
  • Responsible for: N/A
  • General Purpose of Role:
  • To ensure the quality of clinical trial distribution.
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring all activities are carried out in compliance with GMP and GDP.
  • Conducting postpick verification of clinical trial shipments to ensure correct supplies are picked and prepared for dispatch.
  • Verifying temperaturecontrolled shipments (e.g. cold chain, frozen) are configured correctly and temperature monitoring devices are activated.
  • Inspecting pick and pack areas before introducing materials or products to ensure no leftover materials from previous operations.
  • Overseeing quality of all labeling at point of dispatch.
  • Conducting spot checks of warehouse log books to ensure accuracy and compliance with Good Documentation Practice.
  • Providing crossfunctional support for QC inspector role.
  • Assisting QA with investigation of customer
