Employee in Order Processing (m/f/d)

Your tasks:


  • Processing of customer orders and order confirmations
  • Monitoring deadlines with suppliers
  • Planning, coordinating and executing logistics processes
  • Import/export processing
  • Checking incoming invoices
  • Creating sales invoices
  • Processing import and export letters of credit
  • Debt collection in coordination with the accounting department
  • Inventory control and planning of final invoicing
  • Written/oral correspondence with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, and other service providers
