  • You plan, coordinate and manage all activities in the care department
  • Networking with other departments in the facility, especially with nursing and management
  • You ensure efficient organizational processes and optimal staffing
  • You plan and organize inhouse training and further education measures
  • You organize and design celebrations and public events
  • You participate in social counseling.
