YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

As the branch manager (m/f/d) of our location, you are the responsible contact person for both our candidates and client companies.

You advise and support them with our services in the field of personnel - with the goal of satisfying all parties involved.

You recruit candidates through various channels and advise and accompany them on their way to a new position and possibly beyond.
You lead and supervise your employees in project assignments and are responsible for scheduling.
You reliably support your existing customers and convince them with suitable candidate proposals and service offerings.
You acquire new customers and convince them of our tailormade personnel solutions.
You are responsible for setting goals and budgets for your branch and develop measures to achieve them in coordination with your responsible regional manager.
You lead and motivate your internal team.

YOU BRING:

Your education or studies - whether commercial, technical or in other areas - is a good basis at Timeson, but not decisive for your entry with us.

You have several years of professional experience in sales, personnel planning or recruitment and ideally good market knowledge?
You have leadership experience or many years of experience as a personnel dispatcher, consultant / branch manager (m/f/d) / regional manager (m/f/d) or similar?
You have a sense for your counterpart, are convincing and negotiationsavvy?
