    Description

    Responsibilities for the Senior Benefits Analyst:

    Manage the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) process, including direct engagement with employees, evaluating medical documentation, and crafting accommodation solutions.

    Prioritize and oversee multiple ADA accommodation cases from initiation to resolution, ensuring accurate tracking and timely communication.
    Monitor open ADA cases and provide regular updates to management, HRBPs, and Legal.
    Collaborate with HRBPs and managers to keep them informed about accommodation request statuses.
    Drive continuous improvements to leave and accommodation processes, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
    Analyze utilization data to recommend process enhancements and communication improvements.
    Lead the implementation of new policies and leave tracking systems, acting as a liaison with external administrators.
    Develop educational materials and training sessions for HRBPs and managers to facilitate successful implementation and change management.

    Requirements for the Senior Benefits Analyst:
    Seven or more years of HR or benefits experience, including three years in leave, disability, and accommodation administration.
    Experience conducting Interactive Process meetings.
    Strong understanding of federal and state benefits laws and regulations.
    Proficiency in benefits and leave administration software systems.
    Ability to communicate complex information clearly and maintain confidentiality.
    Track record of proposing and implementing process improvements.
    Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
    Comfortable working independently or collaboratively across departments.
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
    Experience in entertainment, technology, or similar fast-paced industries.
    Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Workday HCM.
