On behalf of a privately owned and medium-sized nursing company, we are looking for an Interim Facility Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

Employeeoriented leadership and scheduling
Ensuring qualified care, support, and services for residents together with the PDL
Marketing and management
Appreciative leadership as well as motivation and retention of employees
Ensuring compliance with nursing and quality standards
Representation and representation internally and externally

Your qualifications:

Preferably a degree in business administration, health economics, or nursing management, as well as a staterecognized training as a specialist in healthcare and social services
Qualification as a home manager according to HeimPersV with corresponding recognition
Many years of professional experience as a facility manager
Sales and service orientation, communication skills, and a confident and wellgroomed appearance
High understanding of business management
