Germany (hybrid work, based in Dusseldorf, Munich, or Frankfurt)

The Role

Evaluate candidates' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and behaviors.
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection methods.
Manage schedules and book interviews.
Ensure accurate information is recorded in our recruitment system, Greenhouse.

About You

Proven experience as a recruiter or researcher/resourcer.
Previous experience in an agency or inhouse recruitment.
Experience with highvolume recruitment is a plus.
Knowledge of recruitment in the financial services or sales industry is beneficial.
Fluent in both spoken and written English and German.
Highly organized and able to work independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexible mindset and ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
