- Business Analysts are expected to participate in every stage of the development lifecycle, from analysis and design through testing, release and maintenance while adhering to current System Development Methodology (SDM) processes.

- Provide subject matter expertise on payment systems, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Monitor and track incidents, escalate issues as needed, and coordinate resolution efforts to minimize impact on operations.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process workflows.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and conduct training sessions for end users as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial services industry, with a focus on payments, wire transfers, or transaction processing.
- Strong understanding of banking operations, payment systems, and regulatory requirements, such as ACH, SWIFT, and NACHA rules.
- Experience with incident management processes, including incident identification, escalation, resolution, and post-incident analysis.
- Proficiency in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify problems, analyze data, and develop effective solutions.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile or Scrum, is a plus.
- Relevant certifications, such as Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Professional (PMP), are preferred.
