Business Analyst
What does a successful Business Analyst do at Fiserv?
You will be responsible for working with business stakeholders to understand the use cases of IVR applications and creating workflows to illustrate requirements.
What you will do:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand IVR application use cases
Create detailed workflows and documentation to illustrate requirements
Work closely with the IVR development team to facilitate the development and implementation of changes
Work with state-of-the-art AI/cloud technology to migrate existing applications and build new applications as cloud native
Work with stakeholders to produce reports through SQL, Data Mart, Splunk, and other reporting tools
What you will need to have:
4-7 years of experience working as a Business Analyst
4+ years of experience with MS Visio, Whimsical, Jupyter Notebook, and Python
4+ years of experience with SQL
Prior Fiserv systems experience
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and military experience
This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, New York or Washington.
