$120, ,000/yearWe are seeking a talented Mechanical Engineer with experience in MEP design and proficiency in Revit software. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering principles, excellent technical skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality designs.
ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with project teams to design mechanical systems for buildings, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
Utilize Revit software to create accurate and detailed MEP models, drawings, and specifications.
Perform load calculations, equipment selection, and system design to meet project requirements and codes.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to integrate MEP systems into overall building designs.
Review and analyze design drawings, specifications, and submittals for quality and compliance.
Conduct site visits and inspections to verify MEP installations and resolve technical issues during construction.
Participate in design reviews, meetings, and presentations with clients and stakeholders.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP design, preferably in the building construction industry.
Proficiency in Revit MEP software and other relevant engineering tools.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, codes, and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, etc.).Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.$120,000 - $140,000 a year
