We are seeking a Store Manager to support the day to day operations of our organization. Candidate must be a quick learner, team player, have a friendly demeanor, and a "can do" attitude.

If you are looking to truly make a difference in someone's quality of life, then this is the position for youRESPONSIBILITIESManage the overall operations, maintenance, and morale of the storeCoordinates store operations by organizing priorities to accomplish sales and profit goalsTrains sales associates using company provided training material regarding product knowledge, store operations and performance goalsParticipate in monthly P&L reviewCreate exceptional shopping experiences and lead by exampleSupport store with system processing, inventory, and chargebacksResponsible for resolving customer service issuesREQUIREMENTS2+ years of experience in retail/sales1+ years of experience managing a teamProven customer service skills requiredExcellent verbal & written communication skillsAble to multi-task, think creatively and learn quicklyBENEFITSCompetitive salary and bonus potentialPaid comprehensive product sales trainingFlexible schedule Advancement opportunitiesA professional and fun work environment Saturday is mandatory Compensation: $60, $75,000.00 per year The Good Feet Store is always searching for energetic, passionate, customer service and sales driven people to join our fast-growing organization.
