    Role Description: Account Managers are responsible for coordinating and ensuring that ARM clients' service needs are met and driving overall success to meet or surpass client KPI's. Account Managers operate as a liaison between the client and ARM with their priority being to address the needs of our customers and respond to concerns in a quick and effective manner. This role is most effective when developing and maintaining strong working relationships and focused on continual learning.

    This role does require traveling roughly 25% of the time.

    Role Objectives:

    Primary point of contact and owner for all matters regarding designated client concerns and needs

    Create, strengthen, and maintain client relationships by acting as a client advocate

    Be a proactive source for identifying performance needs and opportunities

    Identify opportunities to drive efficiencies for both clients and internal operations

    Identify opportunities for increased revenue and profitability programs

    Knowledgeable about client policies and statements of work and needs in the areas that client operates

    Daily/Weekly Responsibilities:

    Manage and oversee overall performance and status with Key Accounts

    Collaborate with outside departments to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions to client needs.

    Prepare reports on account status

    Track client assigned key performance indicators

    De-escalate client concerns and effectively communicate resolutions to address the concerns

    Generate proposals for client approval based on client and internal company guidelines

    Stay aware of best practices and recommend process developments for the client and ARM internal operations.

    Location: Position is based In Spring Lake ARM Office

    Skills and Qualifications:

    Strong verbal and written communication skills

    Experience in Account Management or similar

    Proficient with MS Office and other software

    Adhere to company and client processes/procedures

    Proven ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail

    Ability to track and analyze data

    Ability to prioritize, adapt and manage time productively
