Join our team at ALS as an Global Enterpise Account Manager (Internally:
Enterprise Account Manager) and take charge of leading, managing, and holding your team accountable while driving strategic growth and fostering strong client relationships.

The key focus of this role is to work with clients to develop and execute solutions that enhance customer experience, along with drive continuous improvement projects for the clients and ensure promised results are met.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead, Manage, and Accountability (LMA):_
  • Lead a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure success.
  • Manage team performance, setting clear expectations, and holding team members accountable for their actions and results.
  • Drive Strategic Growth &

Continuous Improvement:
_

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Continuously evaluate processes and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance performance.
  • Develop and Grow Relationships with

Client Key Decision Makers:
_

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers at client organizations.
  • Understand client needs and objectives, proactively identifying opportunities to add value and enhance the client experience.
  • Contract Management and Negotiations:_
  • Oversee contract management processes, ensuring all contracts are accurate, compliant, and aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead contract negotiations, securing favorable terms and agreements that benefit both parties.
  • Produce and Manage Monthly P&L Budget and Forecast:_
  • Develop and manage monthly P&L budgets and forecasts, tracking financial performance and identifying variances.
  • Analyze financial data to make informed decisions and recommendations to support business objectives.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing key customer accounts in logistics and transportation management.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of contract management and financial forecasting.
