Your tasks as:
- Onsite support for EUWS (End User Workplace Services)
- Remote support
- Installation and configuration of hardware and software used by the client
- Indepth, nonstandardized error analysis in a customerspecific IT landscape
- Handling of trouble tickets (including routing tickets to other departments)
- Accompaniment and IT support for VIP events
- Installation, software service, and integration of new systems
- Initial instruction of users upon device handover
- Execution of local moves and hardware rollouts
- Software support for Microsoft Windows 10, desktop, and Office365 applications
- Asset management
- Planning and execution of hardware refreshes
- Local and remote VIP support
- Recording of VIP tickets according to SLA agreement
