For our education department at our location in Kaufbeuren, we are currently looking for a lecturer (m/f/d) in adult education in the field of mechatronics.

Your tasks would include:

Conducting training courses in initial, advanced, and continuing education in the field of mechanical engineering/mechatronics/electronics
Teaching technical and companyspecific knowledge and skills
Participation in innovative development projects in the field of vocational education
Contribution to the conception of future education through the development of course concepts and digital media
Teaching theoretical and practical training content according to the training framework
Documentation of conducted training courses
Support in optimizing training content and materials

What you bring to the position:

Completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician (m/f/d), industrial electrician (m/f/d), or electronics technician (m/f/d) for industrial engineering
Experience in vocational education and pedagogical knowledge (AEVO) is desirable
Ability to understand and explain technological connections
Excellent knowledge in the field of mechatronics
Confident appearance in front of small groups
Strong social skills and conflict resolution abilities
Independent, conscientious, and systematic way of working
