    Essential Anesthesia Management is looking for an independent-minded, service-oriented CRNA to join its CRNA team at
    Nacogdoches Medical Center (NMC) in beautiful Nacogdoches, Texas.


    Located in the heart of east Texas near Lufkin, NMC is a multi-specialty facility that offers a wide scope of medical services.

    Case types include general surgery, orthopedic, Endo/GI, urology, ENT (rare pediatric), OB/GYN. Approximately OB deliveries per year. Regional anesthesia proficiency is preferred but we are willing to train.

    CRNA compensation is
    $260K per year. This compensation will be paid as 1099 for 39 weeks of anesthesia coverage annually.


    13 weeks off a year NMC staffing consists of 3 CRNAs on-site daily and 1 anesthesiologist that covers their own cases, primarily in OB.

    Our CRNA team is comprised of 4 CRNAs covering OR and OB calls from home. CRNAs enjoy 13 weeks off each year Medical malpractice insurance is covered, including tail coverage.

    Essential Anesthesia Management is a clinician-founded, clinician led anesthesia management company focusing on service to our hospitals, surgeons, and most importantly, patients.

    Over the past several years, we have experienced significant growth, providing turn-key department management at over 120 facilities in 6 states.

    Over 1100 CRNA and Anesthesiologist providers make up the Essential Anesthesia Team.
