Essential Anesthesia Management is owned and operated by practicing anesthesia clinicians with decades of experience in practice management. Our company has experienced rapid growth and we're looking for individuals to help expand our reach in the healthcare management industry.

    Essential Anesthesia Management is looking for an independent-minded, service-oriented CRNA to join its CRNA team at Nacogdoches Medical Center (NMC) in beautiful Nacogdoches, Texas.

    Located in the heart of east Texas near Lufkin, NMC is a multi-specialty facility that offers a wide scope of medical services. Case types include general surgery, orthopedic, Endo/GI, urology, ENT (rare pediatric), OB/GYN. Approximately OB deliveries per year. Regional anesthesia proficiency is preferred but we are willing to train .

    CRNA compensation is $260K per year . This compensation will be paid as 1099 for 39 weeks of anesthesia coverage annually. 13 weeks off a year NMC staffing consists of 3 CRNAs on-site daily and 1 anesthesiologist that covers their own cases, primarily in OB.

    Our CRNA team is comprised of 4 CRNAs covering OR and OB calls from home. CRNAs enjoy 13 weeks off each year Medical malpractice insurance is covered, including tail coverage.
