    Essential Anesthesia Management, a partnership between YPS and EmergencHealth, strives to deliver the highest quality anesthesia care to both patients and hospitals alike.

    We take pride in our highly experienced clinicians that service both hospitals and outpatient surgery center locations.

    Our company has experienced rapid growth and we're looking for individuals to help expand our reach in the healthcare management industry.

    Essential Anesthesia Management is looking for an independent-minded, service-oriented CRNA to join its CRNA team at Nacogdoches Medical Center (NMC) in beautiful Nacogdoches, Texas.

    Located in the heart of east Texas near Lufkin, NMC is a multi-specialty facility that offers a wide scope of medical services.

    Case types include general surgery, orthopedic, Endo/GI, urology, ENT (rare pediatric), OB/GYN. Approximately OB deliveries per year. NMC staffing consists of 3 CRNAs on-site daily and 1 anesthesiologist that covers their own cases, primarily in OB.
    Our CRNA team is comprised of 4 CRNAs covering OR and OB calls from home. Medical malpractice insurance is covered, including tail coverage.

    Essential Anesthesia Management is a clinician-founded, clinician led anesthesia management company focusing on service to our hospitals, surgeons, and most importantly, patients.

    Over the past several years, we have experienced significant growth, providing turn-key department management at over 120 facilities in 6 states.

    Over 1100 CRNA and Anesthesiologist providers make up the Essential Anesthesia Team.
