  • Apply onlinePDF DownloadFor our Röchling Medical division, we are looking for a Legal Counsel with a flexible work location at one of our German sites within the division.

Legal Counsel (m/f/d, full-time, part-time, min.

30 hours/week):

Your responsibilities will include:


  • Advising the management and departments of the division in Germany, USA, and China, as well as our production facilities that manufacture products for the medical and pharmaceutical market, on all legal matters
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating industryspecific contracts, particularly in national and international trade and distribution law, as well as development, research, and cooperation agreements
  • Providing legal advice on intellectual property matters (industrial property rights) and contributing to the IP strategy of the division
  • Advising on medical device regulatory issues
  • Overseeing the companies in terms of corporate law

This is what we are looking for:

  • Fully qualified lawyer with above-average exam results
  • At least 2 years of international experience in a law firm or legal department of an industrial company,
