- Acquisition financing and corporate loans
- Asset financing and leasing (such as financing for rail vehicles and ships)
- Real estate financing
- Restructuring of financing and refinancing
- Structured financing
- Debt securities
Your profile:
- Two aboveaverage legal state exams
- Fluent in English
- Strong interest in economics
- High level of teamwork and commitment
- LL.M. or PhD preferred but not required
