Outbound Call Center Agent (m/f/d) - Telephone Operator (m/f/d)


Your responsibilities:

  • Telephone sales using the ttCall telephone system
  • Telephone and written processing with successful sales
  • Extensive consultation on construction projects and building products (no prior knowledge required)
  • Customers are mainly engineers and property management from the construction industry
  • Followup and documentation using MS Office (Office, Word, Excel)
  • Handling of CRM data management programs
  • Recording and maintenance of customer data

Your profile:

  • A strong affinity for telephone sales
  • Customer and service orientation
  • Fluent German in spoken and written form
  • Mastery of spelling and grammar in written communication
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • High level of commitment, service orientation, and empathy
  • Strong team spirit and time flexibility
