Tasks

From acquiring land to analyzing projects and creating risk assessments - you always keep an overview of projects and people. You manage approval processes and work closely with business partners and internal departments in a team-oriented manner. Then we should definitely get to know each other.

Support in the development and planning of photovoltaic open space systems from securing land to construction readiness
Support in coordinating and conducting approval procedures as well as negotiating with authorities and municipalities
Interdisciplinary exchange with specialist departments regarding planning, interpretations and economic viability calculations
Creation of project documentation, risk assessments and decision templates
Support in analyzing and evaluating projects and conducting due diligence processes with regard to, among other things, approval processes, land securing, structural suitability and power grid connection
Focus on independent project acquisition as well as cooperation with partners and project developers
Close cooperation with internal specialist departments, business partners, law firms, and external consultants

Profile

Degree in renewable energy, landscape or environmental planning, architecture, construction or real estate management, or industrial engineering
Passion for renewable energy
Nice to have: first experience in project acquisition and development
Nice to have: experience in photovoltaic or wind turbine construction
