Training as an educator (m/w/d) within the framework of a practice-integrated training

Our educators

  • work in one of our eleven municipal day care centers.
  • support children aged zero to six years in their development.
  • observe and document the individual learning development of the children.
  • conduct self-developed educational activities.
  • organize the daily routine in their group.
  • participate in an active parenting partnership with the parents.
  • take on nursing tasks.
The training
  • offers you the opportunity to achieve a degree as a state-recognized educator (m/w/d) within three years in a continuously paid training.
  • consists of practical periods in one of our eleven municipal day care centers as well as theoretical (school-based) training.
  • requires you to have a school place in North Rhine-Westphalia (e.g. Berufskolleg Tecklenburger Land in Ibbenbüren).
  • includes the possibility of internships in other educational areas (e.g. youth welfare).
  • offers good chances of being taken over in a day care center of the city of Osnabrück after successful completion.
