    Description

    Position: Servicenow Architect

    Location: New York, NY (Remote)

    Employment Type: Full-time

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Deliver technical and architecture design elements of ServiceNow features and Integration services
    • Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to create technical solution designs
    • Ensure technical quality and adherence of integration designs to Enterprise Architecture standards and product roadmap
    • Identify, capture, and implement ServiceNow architecture patterns
    • Drive resolution of technical debt to reduce ongoing IT service costs
    • Communicate architecture design and decision making to enable design approvals
    • Design solutions to meet user needs and align with ServiceNow technical strategy and standards
    • Support delivery teams with a blend of technical and behavioral skills
    • Scope and deliver requirements, ensuring thorough documentation
    • Deliver tailored presentations and product demonstrations
    • Travel as necessary for business-related needs

    Required Skillset:

    • Experience in ServiceNow technical architecture with expertise in ITxM, CMDB, CSDM, Discovery & AppEngine
    • Proficient in ATF, Mobile Solutions, Reporting and Analytics
    • Familiarity with HRSD, IRM, CSM, FSM, TSOM, and other industry-specific modules
    • Skilled in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages
    • Knowledge of client-side/server-side scripts, UI policy, Data policy, Business rule, and more
    • Experience with workflows, Rest and Soap-based integration, Transform map, Import set, and Data sources
    • Demonstrated cross-technology experience connecting ServiceNow to the overall IT landscape
    • Minimum of 12 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in ServiceNow/Enterprise architecture
    • Preferred certifications in CSA and CMA
    • Flexibility to travel up to 25%
